Sensor angle:
Do you have a ventilation unit into which a sensor needs to be fitted? That sounds quite simple at first. But it also presents a challenge that many people are familiar with: where, and above all, how, is the best way to fit the sensor? And all this without taking up too much time and without damaging the unit. Many people struggle with this or end up cobbling something together from DIY store components. Does this sound familiar to you too? Here at IT-AT, we’ve taken on this challenge and developed a solution that guarantees you a foolproof and, above all, simple installation – our FFW-K sensor bracket!

Field equipment:
Damper actuators:
Whether you need damper actuators, airflow and pressure controllers, ultra-high-speed actuators, actuators for fire protection and smoke extraction dampers, or actuators for controlling centralised and decentralised ventilation systems and for particularly noise-sensitive environments – here you will always find a solution that meets your requirements. The actuators are supplied by Gruner AG in Germany. The standard rotary actuators 227 and 363 (without spring return) and 341 and 361 (with spring return) form the basis for meeting all requirements within a building. These reliable actuators form the foundation for a comprehensive range of field devices. They are used as standard in conventional ventilation systems. Furthermore, they provide the ideal platform for developing customised variants for specialised solutions.

Water-side actuators, valves and ball valves:
With the right adapter, you can convert a damper actuator into a valve actuator. Suitable, for example, for Bray valves. We are happy to supply these with the actuator either fitted or unfitted.
We also stock communicative actuators here. These include, amongst others, EnOcean or ModBus small actuators for radiators, etc.

Pressure-independent flanged control valves and actuators:
New to our product range! Whether you choose control valves and valve actuators for water systems or ventilation units, you’ll benefit from a low leakage rate, a customisable flow rate and excellent long-term repeatability. The valves and actuators for ventilation units are available with 2/3-point or 0–10 V control; they feature a position indicator and are completely silent. As a result, they offer impressive energy efficiency and ensure both economical and environmentally friendly operation within the building.

I/O modules/fieldbus modules:
With our Modbus RTU, BACnet MS/TP, BACnet IP or EnOcean wireless input and output modules for flexible applications, you’ll be well equipped for your project. Modules are available for installation in control cabinets or as remote units in IP-rated enclosures, for screw or magnetic mounting, with universal, digital or analogue inputs and outputs. Depending on your requirements, these can be supplied pre-configured, pre-wired and complete with an enclosure, power supply and terminals, or ready for plugging in. Simply get in touch with us.

Network technology, routers, gateways and switches:
Modbus RTU, Modbus IP, BACnet MS/TP, BACnet IP and EnOcean are the standard systems used in buildings. We can supply you with the infrastructure components you need to connect your devices. You’ll be making a good choice with gateways from Contemporary Controls that convert from Modbus RTU to Modbus IP or BACnet IP, or from BACnet MS/TP to BACnet IP and vice versa. On request, we can prepare a template for your Modbus devices so that they can be read and controlled via BACnet IP. Commissioning is carried out simply via the device’s web browser without the need for specialised software. Mapping can be carried out using a table that you upload. New challenges arise at the IP level. We provide you with advice and components. Switches for all applications, optionally with SC/ST/SFP fibre-optic connections, with PoE, and with 24V AC and DC power supplies for control cabinets, distribution boards or 19” rack mounting. We also supply a full range of accessories, such as patch cables in a wide variety of lengths, types and colours. You can achieve cross-network BACnet communication via BBMD entries using our BACnet MS/TP to BACnet IP routers.

Sensors and room control units:
Building automation is impossible without sensors and room control units, and these must not be overlooked here either. We supply sensors for temperature, humidity, pressure, air quality, light levels and motion for use in rooms, ducts or outdoor applications. Choose devices with the standard signals to suit your project: 0–10 V, 4–20 mA, Modbus RTU, BACnet MS/TP or EnOcean wireless. We’d be happy to pre-configure the devices for you, programme EnOcean sensors into actuators or label them using the AKS key. We’re also happy to fit sensors – such as condensate monitors or leak detectors – as well as other devices, with cables and connectors according to your specifications.

Workshop:
System distributor:
We can build your system distribution boards, patch panels, small control cabinets and terminal boxes to your specifications. We have already been able to deliver excellent results for our customers in various previous projects. We can supply you with a control cabinet or a bespoke metal distribution box, made to your specifications for installation in a false floor or suspended ceiling, or a simple plastic box. We’ll discuss the size, contents and, where applicable, any components to be supplied by you, such as fuses, relays, terminals, connectors, cable colours (we like them colourful for better visibility), I/O modules, switches and other components, as well as the type of testing required. We’ll draw up the circuit diagram, which you’ll then approve. Production only begins once this has been done. As part of the manufacturing process, we can pre-configure, address and label the devices for you, or carry out any other tasks that would otherwise take up your time on site or that can be completed in advance.
Terminal boxes:
Do you need individual gateways, I/O modules or other devices – with or without cabling – ready for connection in an enclosure? A gateway, power supply, fuse, switch, relay, or simply prepared enclosures with terminal blocks? We prepare the enclosures, install all the components and send them to you for your project. Don’t waste any time on site or in the office.
Packaging:
Have your devices pre-assembled with cables and ready for plugging in. We can supply you with condensation monitors or other field devices fitted with the connector and cable length you require.

Services:
Parameterisation:
Let us configure your smart devices for you, including the documentation. Save time in the office or on site. You don’t need to worry about using the relevant configuration interface. These may include room control units/controllers, I/O modules, smart sensors (displays and measurement ranges) or actuators.
EnOcean preparation:
Do you want to use EnOcean wireless technology but aren’t yet familiar with it, or would you prefer to have the products installed by a third party and then simply carry out some fine-tuning afterwards? We’re happy to help. Purchase the transmitters, receivers, gateways etc. pre-paired, documented and packaged together. The devices are then installed room by room or zone by zone within range of one another, and you can check that they’re working properly on site later. We’ll of course provide you with full support when it comes to range planning too. It couldn’t be simpler.
Field devices with an AKS label:
Do you work with one or more service providers on the connection of field devices in your construction projects? On request, we can not only configure the devices for you, but also label them with your AKS label and pack them in accordance with ISP standards. This helps you with coordination and saves time.
